Notice to Small, Minority, and Women's Businesses
1. CITY OF ROCK FALLS CONTRACT NO. 1 - LIFT STATION MODIFICATIONS 2010 Fischer Excavating 1567 Heine Rd. Freeport, IL 815-233-3232, is seeking qualified small, minority, and women's businesses for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Landscaping, electrical, traffic control, concrete, piping materials, fencing, controls, equipment, asphalt paving, mechanical, aggregates, trucking, and all other related items. All interested and qualified small, minority, and women's businesses should contact IN WRITING, (certified letter return receipt requested), Wayne Fischer, to discuss the subcontracting opportunities. Bids will be evaluated by ability to do the work, ability to complete the work in time allowed and by price. Subcontractor will have to provide a certificate of insurance naming Fischer Excavating, Inc. as additional insured. All negotiations must be completed prior to the bid opening date of 1/12/11.
